Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed with Serespetocollar are processed and delivered. It is based on our current Shopify shipping configuration and applies to orders shipped within the United States.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Method and Rates

Our current checkout offers Economy shipping:

  • Eligible orders under $50 USD: $6.90 USD
  • Eligible orders of $50 USD or more: Free Economy shipping

The shipping rate displayed at checkout is the controlling rate for your order. Discounts, cart changes, address changes, taxes, or other checkout adjustments may affect whether an order qualifies for free shipping.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within up to 7 business days after the order is placed and payment is successfully authorized. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. High order volume, address verification, fraud review, inventory issues, weather events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect processing time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time After Shipment

After an order is shipped, Economy delivery is generally estimated at 7–15 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery time may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, service disruptions, and other factors outside our control.

5. Carriers

Orders may be delivered by reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another carrier selected for the shipment. The carrier used for a particular order may vary.

6. Tracking Information

When tracking becomes available, we will send tracking information to the email address associated with the order. Please allow up to 48 hours after a tracking number is issued for carrier systems to display movement or updated status.

7. Shipping Delays

If we become unable to ship within the stated or otherwise promised timeframe, we will contact you when required and provide available options, which may include agreeing to a delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund as required by applicable law.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or fulfillment.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment. Any refund, if available, will be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

9. Delayed, Missing, or Marked-Delivered Packages

Carrier scans and delivery estimates can be delayed. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors when appropriate, and the carrier’s tracking details. You may also contact the carrier directly.

For unresolved delivery issues, contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can review the available shipment records. Any replacement or refund decision will depend on the circumstances, carrier findings, our published policies, and applicable law.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and clear photos when available. Do not discard the item or packaging until we provide next-step instructions.
