Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases from Serespetocollar.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be:
- in the same condition in which it was received;
- unused and unworn;
- with any tags included when applicable;
- in its original packaging; and
- accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Because product condition matters, items that have been used, worn, materially altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required packaging may not qualify for a return unless applicable law requires otherwise.
3. How to Start a Return

If the return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label or other return directions as applicable. Items sent back without first requesting a return may be refused.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

5. Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to obtain a different item is generally to complete an approved return and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Order Cancellations and Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after processing or fulfillment has begun. If an order has already shipped, the return process may apply.
9. Refunds
After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days after refund approval for the refund to be initiated or reflected, depending on the payment provider and financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us.
Original shipping charges and other amounts are handled according to the circumstances of the order, the reason for return, this policy, checkout terms, and applicable law.
